Pricing: Sell the 16GB Kobo Arc at a retail price of not to exceed $99.99, sell the 32GB Kobo Arc at a retail price not to exceed $129.99 and sell the 64GB Kobo Arc at a retail price not to exceed $149.99.

Rebate: Stores will receive a $38.00 sell through credit for every 16GB Kobo Arc, $38.00 sell through credit for every 32GB Kobo Arc and $47.50 sell through credit for every 64GB Kobo Arc unit that is sold during the Program term.

Marketing: Stores agree to promote the offer on your homepage and create an in-store display.  DIY material can be found here.

Reporting: Please report your Kobo Arc Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales via the Reporting Tool no later than December 20, 2013
