In addition, a special Father’s Day promotion offers a free sleepcover for the Arc, and Workman is offering an exclusive Kobo eBook edition of Jessica’s Hagy’s How to Be Interesting, with How to Be Interesting After You Graduate: A Digital Short as an extra chapter at the end.
Beginning immediately after BEA, Kobo eReaders and eBooks will be featured in a national brand campaign on NPR that will run until the end of the year. The news was announced first to ABA member bookstores participating in the Kobo program in an e-mail update on May 23.

At its annual conference held last Thursday, May 16, in Brussels, the European & International Booksellers Federation released the results of a study that found no technical or functional obstacles to an open e-book ecosystem.
