Save the Date: ABA to Host Two IndieCommerce Institutes This Fall

ABA will be offering an IndieCommerce Institute on September 18 and 19, just prior to the Southern Independent Booksellers Alliance Fall Show in New Orleans, and on October 1 and 2, before the Northern California Independent Booksellers Association Trade Show in San Francisco.

Colorado Booksellers, ABFFE Challenge Display Restriction

Tattered Cover Book Store, Boulder Book Store, ABFFE, MPIBA, and several newsstands filed suit on Monday to block enforcement of a Colorado law that violates the First Amendment rights of retailers to display magazines that focus on marijuana and of customers to browse those publications.

ABA bookseller members and non-members alike are invited to a Spring Forum to be held in conjunction with the Southern Independent Booksellers Alliance on Tuesday, April 30, at Flyleaf Books in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
 

Spring Forums Wrap Up May 8 in New Jersey
