At the ABA Bookseller Forums, booksellers can meet with ABA staff and members of the ABA Board of Directors to discuss industry issues, voice their concerns and offer input on the future direction of ABA, receive updates on ABA programs and initiatives, and take part in ABA educational seminars.
ABA Spring Forums are generously sponsored by the Ingram Content Group.
ABA will hold 10 Spring Booksellers Forums in 2012, beginning on March 8 in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, and ending in Medford, Massachusetts, on April 25. In addition to the open forum discussion, this season's event will feature “The Best of Wi7’s Best Practices Sessions,” a roundup of booksellers’ top tips from the 2012 Winter Institute on everything from children’s bookselling, human resources, and Google Analytics to marketing your store as a digital location, empowering your indie business alliance, and more. The “Best of Best” will also be presented in March at the Great American Bargain Book Show in Atlanta.
