For more on creating classes and products, please review this PDF.  Having a seperate product class will allow you to find the product easier, and control settings like eligible shipping methods, and whether or not tax is included in the price of the ticket.

Attributes are fields that collect additional information or preferences on a product or product class.

For example, if your store sells T-shirts, two potential attributes could be size and color.

Using attributes can save time, since all of the product information will be nested in a single node.  It also condenses the information for customers, and makes it easy for them to select their preferences.
