Administrative Options

Order Queue: Store Administration > Orders
Page to access all active, canceled, or completed orders. Check here often!

Reports: Store Administration > Reports > Money Management > Show all Statements
Location to access the amount transferred to your account in the bi-monthly ACH transfers.

Custom reports*: Site Building > Views > click the "path" of the report you would like to use.
Access customer email list, and generate a variety of different reports.

Adding new Users: User Management > Store Roles
After staff signs up for an account on the site, assign appropriate access with their email address.

Inventory*: Store Administration > Configuration > Local Store Inventory
Upload your inventory files here. If you use Above the Treeline we can receive your data automatically. Click the settings tab to activate "Web Discounts Override Inventory Pricing" if needed.

Shipping Options: Store Administration > Configuration > Shipping Quote Settings > Quote Methods
Select your shipping options here, to edit prices, click the 'flat rate' tab.

Coupons*: Store Administration  > Coupons
Create promo codes for use throughout your site.

Pricing: Store Administration > Configuration > Store Pricing > Books
Two methods for changing prices, Wholesale Discount code, or individually by ISBN. This is also where you enable or disable the sale of NET books.

Affiliates*: Store Administration > Affiliates
Looking to approve applications, or see how many sales an affiliate has generated?  Check reports here.

Product types: Store Administration > Products > Manage Classes
Create new content types for different types of products. If you would like to add attributes (or different options that users can select) to your product class go to Store Administration> Attributes.

Google Analytics*: Site Configuration > Google Analytics
Enter your account number here to start tracking traffic.

Content Development

Make New Pages: Content Management > Create Content > Page, Event, Product etc.
Need to make a new node? This is the place to go.

Find existing Pages: Content Management > Content
Here is where you can find every node on your site. sift through different content types with the dropdown, click the reset button if you cannot find what you are looking for.

Blocks: Site Building > Blocks > (add, or list)
Create new block, or move existing blocks into different regions of your theme.

Menus: Site Building > Menus
Click the menu you would like to work with, drag & drop items, add additional pages.

Themes: Site Building > Themes
List- Activate themes by checking enabled, & select your favorite by clicking default.
Configure- Global settings will effect any theme, or you can find your theme specific settings, like colors, fonts, and all sorts of options depending on the theme you choose.

Comments: Content Management > Comments > Approval Queue
If comments are enabled, responses written by your customers have to be approved before being published on your site.

Cache: Icon to the left of Content Management > Flush Cache
If you've made changes to a page, and they are not visible, try flushing the cache to pull up a more updated version of your page.
