Authors to Autograph in ABA Member Lounge at BEA

This year’s ABA Member Lounge at BookExpo America (Meeting Room 214 at the front of the “200” aisle on the trade show floor) will offer exclusive author meet-and-greets and signed galleys for booksellers. Among the authors scheduled to autograph are Jonathan Franzen, BEA’s Opening Day Spotlight speaker, and seven of the eight speakers at this year’s BEA Book and Author Breakfasts.

Below is a list of the authors scheduled to autograph in the ABA Member Lounge to date. Watch for the list to grow in the coming weeks with the addition of indie favorites signing books and ARCs in the lounge on Thursday, May 28, following the Celebration of Bookselling and Author Awards Lunch.

Wednesday, May 27, following the BEA Opening Day Spotlight, which is scheduled to end at 1:30 p.m.

Thursday, May 28, following the Adult Book and Author Breakfast, which is scheduled to end at 9:30 a.m.

Friday, May 29, following the Children's Book and Author Breakfast, which is scheduled to end at 9:30 a.m.

• Nathan Lane
• James Patterson
• Rainbow Rowell

The ABA members-only lounge will also be the place to learn about the newest crop of Indies Introduce authors, to get the latest on ABA programs and services, and to meet with some of the association’s affiliated business partners.

The ABA Member Lounge will be open:

• Wednesday, May 27, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Thursday, May 28, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (closed for the ABA Annual Membership Meeting and Town Hall)
• Friday, May 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
