Discounted Membership for Used Bookstores Ends September 30

A special promotion underway through September 30 allows used bookstores to join the American Booksellers Association for just $100, half the regular used bookstore rate. The discounted membership term extends until January 31, 2016.

As ABA members, used bookstores will enjoy a variety of benefits, including marketing and advocacy; networking and educational events, such as Winter Institute, BookExpo America, and regional trade shows; and discounts on products and services, including low credit card processing rates from Bancard Systems and reduced shipping costs through PartnerShip.

The special offer applies only to stores whose book inventory is at least 75 percent used books that have not been ABA members within the past two years.
