National Retail Federation Seeks Nominees for America’s Retail Champions

America's Retail Champions logoThe National Retail Federation is seeking nominees for its America’s Retail Champions program, which celebrates Main Street business owners who are community leaders and strong retail industry advocates at all levels of government.

Up to 50 small U.S. retailers will be selected as champions for the program, which launched in 2014.

Past Retail Champions include Trudy Trombley, owner of Truly Trudy’s Boutique in Stowe, Vermont; Gary Cammack, owner of Cammack Ranch Supply in Union Center, South Dakota; Erin Calvo-Bacci, owner of The Chocolate Truffle and Bacci Chocolate Design in Massachusetts; and Art Potash, owner of Potash Markets in Chicago.

The 2018 winners will receive:

  • A free trip to Washington, D.C., to the Retail Advocates Summit (September 5–6, 2018)
  • Opportunities to network with small business leaders and elected officials from across the country
  • Recognition for contribution to advocacy at a special dinner at the summit

Nominations are due July 20; self-nominations are welcome.
