Time Change Announced for Celebration of Bookselling at BEA

The American Booksellers Association’s 2015 Celebration of Bookselling & Author Awards Lunch at BookExpo America will begin a half hour earlier than previously announced. Doors to the exclusive, free ABA member event on Thursday, May 28, will now open at 11:45 a.m., with the program beginning promptly at noon.

Up to three booksellers per ABA member store can make reservations for the celebration, which will feature the presentation of the 2015 Indies Choice and E.B. White Read-Aloud awards, as well as the introduction of Indie Next List authors and award nominees.

Seats at the event are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis or until May 15, whichever comes first.

Table assignments will be e-mailed to booksellers during the week of May 18. Questions should be addressed to ABA Development Officer Mark Nichols.
