Wi12: Let ABA Know if Your Plans Have Changed

Winter Institute 12 (Wi12) registrants whose plans have changed are asked to notify the American Booksellers Association as soon as possible so booksellers on the waitlists for event registration and reservations at the host hotel can take their places.

Booksellers who are no longer planning to attend the institute are asked to e-mail [email protected] as soon as possible to cancel their event and hotel registration.

Registration for the Winter Institute is currently full; booksellers can add their names to a waitlist here. The Wi12 hotel block has also reached capacity, and an overflow hotel block has been secured; booksellers can add their names to the hotel waitlist here

Booksellers should also e-mail [email protected]  if they wish to be removed from the event or hotel waitlists.

Booksellers on the waitlists will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis if cancellations are received.

Winter Institute 12, which will be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota, from Friday evening, January 27, through Monday, January 30, 2017, is made possible by the generous support of lead sponsor Ingram Content Group and from publishers large and small.
