Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of children's department; assisting with hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising employees; maintaining high standards of customer service; and overseeing merchandising.

Must possess leadership capabilities; positive attitude; strong work ethic; ability to multi-task; extraordinary customer service; strong organizational skills; and significant self-motivation. Knowledge of children's literature and experience in retail management required.
