Airline Discounts

American Airlines – American Airlines is offering a 5% discount for travel between January 17 and January 27, 2014, to the Seattle–Tacoma International Airport, also known as Sea–Tac Airport (SEA). Flights can be booked online at www.aa.com. Use the Authorization Number 3914AE as the AA.com Promotion Code. Other restrictions may apply. Tickets purchased by calling the American Airlines Meeting Services Desk at 1-800-433-1790 are subject to a $25 reservation service charge.

Delta and Delta Connection – Delta is offering the following discounts for travel between January 14 and January 31, 2014, to the Seattle–Tacoma International Airport, also known as Sea–Tac Airport (SEA):

Reservations and ticketing is available via www.delta.com or by calling Delta Meeting Network Reservations at 800-328-1111. Please note that a Direct Ticketing Charge will apply for booking by phone. When booking online, select Meeting Event Code and enter your Meeting ID as listed above in the box provided on the Search Flight page. Note that there is a different code for International travelers. Contract not valid with other discounts, certificates, coupons or promotional offers. Amtrak Discount

Amtrak offers a 10% discount off the best available rail fare to Seattle, WA between January 18 and January 24, 2014. To book your reservation call Amtrak at 800-872-7245 or contact your local travel agent. Discounts are not available on tickets booked online. Please be sure to refer to Convention Fare Code X36P-972 when making your reservation. This offer is not valid on the Auto Train and Acela Service. Fare is valid on Amtrak Regional for all departures seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts. Offer valid with Sleepers, Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges. Other restrictions may apply.
