Take advantage of buying the assets of a turnkey independent bookstore with an established clientele and excellent sales despite the recent pandemic events. No experience needed!

Set in the heart of Old Bisbee, Arizona, Bisbee Books is ideally situated in a gorgeous revitalized old mining town to take advantage of incredible foot traffic from tourists, as the building houses a coffee shop, a wine tasting shop, an amazing convenience store, a very popular full-service restaurant (and just about the only public restrooms)all in a 194's art-deco inspired building that used to be the mining company store.

Bisbee is a very popular tourist and "snowbird" destination and a wonderful place to live, with regular festivals, lots of art and music, fun nightlife, a very accepting and open citizenry. It has been named multiple times as a must-see destination. A mile high in the Mule Mountains, the weather is just about perfect — not too hot, not too cold, but with four seasons. This revitalized old mining town has come back in a very robust way.

Brisbee Books and Music has also been recently remodeled. It was named Specialty Retailor of the Year in 2020, and in addition to being in a prime tourist locale, the store also has a loyal local customer base.
