In addition to providing best practices, guest speakers also provided genre-focused reading lists. 

In May, ABA held education sessions on marketing ideas for nontraditional stores, store ownership, email list management, and more. 

Constant Contact Retention Specialist Cynthia Munoz shared best practices applicable to any platform and offered a demo of how to implement those best practices within Constant Contact.

On Thursday, April 29, the American Booksellers Association held a session on starting a new nonprofit bookstore or transitioning an existing bookstore to a nonprofit.

A recording of this session, along with CAE's session on de-escaltion, will be available until June 15.
