In order to increase the stability and scalability of our systems, we are performing scheduled maintenance on SendGrid services, April 20th, 2024 from 4:00PM to 6:00PM PDT.
During this time, customers may experience impacts to their ability to cancel/pause scheduled sends, purchase IPs, assign/un-assign IPs from users, move IPs in/out of IP pools, and create/delete IP pools. New account signups, and upgrades may also be impacted.

Investigating - Starting around 11:55 AM PT, our engineers began investigating an issue with Twilio SendGrid Teammate creation. Some users will experience errors in the SendGrid web user interface when creating new teammates and be unable to do so. This issue does not impact mail send. Resolved - Starting 5:00PM PST on Monday, April 8th, a small subset of customers saw a delay in email delivery that lasted up to 18 hours, all emails were sent successfully. Any users who saw any abnormal delay on their delivery could potentially have been affected due to this incident. There were a total of 26,300 emails affected by this incident. The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are operating normally.

Resolved - Starting 2:00PM PST on Thursday, April 4th, customers who created teammates may see errors when trying to edit those teammate scopes. Our engineers have investigated and fixed this issue for newly created teammates as of 4:30PM PST April 5th. Customers who created a teammate between Thursday and Friday are advised have to delete and recreate a new teammate to be able to edit the scopes. The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are operating normally.
