This session will demonstrate the best use of the tools available to sell books and non-book merchandise on your website, sync book and non-book inventory from your pointsof-sale system, and control what is available for online customers to meet their expectations.

CHECK IT OUT: Tips and tools for shopping cart and order processing

Last year changed e-commerce for everyone, and it was a challenge for many. Stores were trying hard to keep up with changing consumer behaviors and expectations; they had to train more staff to handle online orders, and they had to learn quickly as orders were pouring in. Many didn’t have the time to stop and check the cart and checkout configurations on their website or learn to use the new tools for order management.

This session will cover shopping cart and checkout configurations available to optimize the shopping experience for your customers, and the lastest, advanced tools available to your staff for managing and processing orders.
