ABA is proud to announce the titles selected for the Summer/Fall 2022 Indies Introduce program.

Each year, the Indies Introduce program brings booksellers together from across the US for conversation and connection centered around exciting upcoming debut adult, middle grade, and young adult titles.

“Getting to know other booksellers’ style and reading taste was great.” said Kids’ Panelist Revati Kilaparti, of Old Firehouse Books in Fort Collins, Colorado. “It also helped me be more confident and aware of my own judgment of books. As happy as I was when we finally picked the ten books for the list, I was immediately sad it was over! I would do it again if I could!”

Adult Panelist Destinee Hodge of East City Bookshop in Washington, DC, said, “Participating in the Adult Indies Introduce panel was an experience that I didn’t know I needed but I’m so glad I had. Reading debut authors’ works and being a part of the team that presents them to the world was such an honor. Having the opportunity to collaborate with other booksellers from across the country was the cherry on top. I highly recommend!”

Once again this year, publishers are offering specials on all titles appearing on the lists.

For stores that have taken part in past Indies Introduce promotions, there’s no need to sign up to take advantage of publishers’ Summer/Fall 2022 offers. However, stores that are new to Indies Introduce must complete the Indies Introduce sign-up form by June 3 in order to participate in the program.

This list is available as a collection on Edelweiss. And marketing assets for the Summer/Fall 2022 list are available now on BookWeb.org
