We are currently experiencing two outages that are impacting bookstores on the IndieCommerce Platform. - We use FreshDesk for managing customer support inquiries - FreshDesk is experiencing a service outage this morning, which impacts our response times for addressing incoming customer support tickets from bookstores on IndieCommerce 1.0, IndieLite and IndieCommerce 2.0.
- Bookstores on IndieCommerce 1.0 ( NOT IndieLite or IndieCommerce 2.0 ) are currently experiencing a critical outage. This was first reported at 7:42 am Eastern time.
