Exclusives Arriving!

Orders are being sent on their way to stores now. Please post unboxing videos and pictures of your displays using the hashtag #IndieBookstoreDay, so we can reshare on our social media platforms. However, exclusive items may not be ordered, pre-ordered, or added to a cart until April 26. 

Blackwing pencils are being sent separately.

When you receive your order, the label and invoice will have a PO Number with your Ingram Account (ie. Ingram Acct#_IBD2025). You can track your order by locating the “Find My Order” button at the top of ipage in your Ingram account and enter your Purchase Order Number or EAN/Product Code. For step-by-step instructions on tracking your order, locate “Ingram’s ipage Enhancements” feature in the Bulletin Board on your account dashboard.

Indie Bookstore Day Map is Now Live*!

Customers can now find all participating Indie Bookstore Day stores on the IndieBound Indie Bookstore Day Map! We’ll be promoting the map on our social media channels and through targeted ads. The webpage also features bookstore crawls and passport programs that were shared with us and a link to what stores have planned. You can continue to submit your plans to ABA (including crawls and passport programs).

April To-Dos: 

• Add Exclusive Indie Bookstore Day Totes to your order! Contact your Ingram Rep to order and to add any items from the 2024 and 2025 Exclusives Overstock Inventory to an order. 
• Join in on Indie Bookstore Spirit Week!
• Email media mentions to [email protected] to be added to the IndieBound Indie Bookstore Day Media Webpage. There’s still time to send an Indie Bookstore Day Press Release to your local media! 
• Look for promotion details from our partners at Libro.fm and Bookshop.org. 
• Stores that ordered exclusives, be on the lookout for a Sell-Thru Survey email on April 28 with the subject line, “Submit your Indie Bookstore Day Sell-Thru Data!” This information will help us work with publishers as we determine next year’s exclusives.

Reminders: 

TODAY IS THE LAST DAY for Bonfire Custom Orders Discount

To support ABA members, Bonfire is offering an exclusive discount: 10% off custom orders of 15+ shirts when ordered by today, April 4, so bookstores have shirts in hand for the big day! For custom orders, stores can upload their own design, create one using Bonfire’s design tool, or take them up on the free custom design offer (one time only in the store’s history).
