Upcoming Webinars to Focus on Order Processing

Registration for the first of two webinars covering Order Processing is now open!

Attendance is limited to 30, first come, first served, so don’t delay.

The October 7 session will cover the following:

  • An overview of order statuses and order panes
  • Order logs, order invoice
  • Entering payments and comments to an order
  • Editing an order
  • Creating an order on behalf of a customer
  • Processing an order - focusing on pay at store and credit card orders

Part 2 will take place on October 21; registration will begin on October 14. That session will cover:

  • Processing credit card orders...continued
  • Processing PayPal orders
  • Processing giftcard/credit card orders
  • Sending orders to Ingram
  • Handling tax-exempt orders​

Each session will last for 90 minutes - a 60-minute presentation followed by a 30-minute Q&A - and will be conducted via GoToWebinar.
