 The Final Days of the eRead Local Promo, and Extension of $5 Credit Offer
eRead Local wraps up at the end of November, and the credit to new Kobo account holders will run through the end of the year. See the Kobo DIY section for banners promoting the $5 credit offer.
Announcing Black Friday and Holiday Device Promotions
ABA members can order Kobo’s Glo HD and Aura H2O eReaders directly from Kobo, and to top it off, Kobo is offering special pricing for the Glo HD.
- Glo HD Black Friday promotion: November 27 to November 30; special price –$109; rebate –$19.
- Glo HD Holiday promotion: December 10 to December 31; special price –$119; rebate –$9.50.
Sales made during the promotion period can be reported through the Kobo Reporting Tool until January 31, 2016.
Order your devices right away through the Kobo corporate site to take advantage of the special pricing. Period. If you are interested in buying direct and haven’t yet set up an account, please email Catherine Villar at Kobo with the store name, city and state, and the name and email address of the person authorized to purchase devices and accessories.
NEW Indies First and Black Friday DIY
Check out the new banners Kobo has prepared to coincide with Indies First and Black Friday events. Some banners promote the app and $5 credit, and some promote the special pricing for the new eReaders, the Glo HD and Aura H2O.
