Live Webinar: Creating Mobile-Friendly Booklists

At least 40% of the customers visiting your website are on mobile devices, so creating aBook_Subscription.jpg good experience for those customers is critical. In this live webinar on Thursday, September 14, 2017, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM EDT, you will learn how to use Drupal Views for creating book lists on your website. Register HERE today.

Using Drupal Views for book lists has a bit of a steep learning curve if you are not familiar with Views. This has discouraged many users from trying it. To make it easier for IndieCommerce and IndieLite users, we’ve created an “out-of-the-box” feature for creating mobile-friendly booklists. This webinar will cover the simple steps for configuring this feature, and some quick and easy tips for customizing it. This webinar will be 90 minutes in length, including 30 minutes for a Q&A. Questions? Email [email protected]

Win a Free Year of IndieCommerce or IndieLite HostingMoney transfer.jpg
If your store does not have a website or you’re using a service other than IndieCommerce or IndieLite and have been considering switching, talk to an IndieCommerce representative at one of the fall regional shows (see above). If you decide to sign up and turn in your completed contract at the show, you’ll be automatically entered to win a full year of free IndieCommerce or IndieLite website services.

Tip of the Week

Consider joining the IndieCommerce online “roundtable” of booksellers interested in discussing online marketing opportunities for their business. Exchange ideas with other booksellers, talk about online marketing, and discuss what has and has not worked.

We’ll test this new format with a video conferencing service like Zoom or GoToMeeting, so you’ll need an Internet connection, a computer with a video camera and a microphone, and headphones/earphones. E-mail me at [email protected] if interested and we’ll discuss the format and topics and set up a date and time for the first meeting.

Thanks for reading. Feel free to email us with any thoughts, questions, or suggestions.
