IndieCommerce Search Engine Maintenance This Weekend

Starting this Saturday Nov. 17th at 7:30AM EST we are going to be running maintenance on the IndieCommerce search engine. The process should be complete around 7:00AM EST Monday Nov. 19th. Please keep an eye on the message center and if the maintenance process is completed earlier, we'll let you know.

During this maintenance window, your customers should not experience any negative impact on their search results. However, if your store is uploading custom products to your website during the maintenance window, these items will not appear in search results until AFTER we've completed the search upgrade Monday morning. Once we've completed this upgrade, your customers should see a significant improvement in search speed for their online holiday shopping.

Please be aware ABA will be closed for a long holiday weekend starting Thursday, November 22nd. During that time the IndieCommerce staff will monitor for urgent matters only. Regular business hours will resume Monday, November 26th.
