How To Report A Critical Problem On Your IndieCommerce 
Website After Regular Business Hours


It's 10 PM Sunday night in the middle of the holiday shopping season and your IndieCommerce website is not working. What do you do now? For a critical outage like this, we're testing a new after hours reporting service for our members. This service is only for reporting critical issues that occur after regular business hours. Critical issues include: an inaccessible website, search engine not working, shopping cart broken or anything that prevents your customers from shopping on your IndieCommerce or IndieLite website. Hopefully you will never need to use this new feature, but if you do, login to your account on Bookweb.org then go to: https://www.bookweb.org/indiecommerce-report-critical-outage .  During regular business hours please continue to use staff@bookweb.org .
