Pre-order Badges Now Available for IndieCommerce and IndieLite
As preorders are becoming an increasingly important way in which books are sold and marketed through stores, we’ve compiled a list of the pre-order features we offer for IndieCommerce and IndieLite

Always show the pre-order badge: The pre-order badge can be enabled to display automatically for ALL books with a future publication date. For more information on this feature, please visit IndieCommerce help or the IndieLite help centers.

IndieCommerce Is Coming to a 2019 Fall Regional Trade Show Near You
Booksellers can now register to meet one-on-one with members of the IndieCommerce staff during the fall regional trade shows to discuss or learn about the American Booksellers Association’s e-commerce platforms for indie bookstores, IndieCommerce and IndieLite.

IndieCommerce staff will be available to talk with booksellers at the SIBA, NCIBA, SCIBA, NEIBA, Heartland Show, PNBA, MPIBA and NAIBA shows; click through to sign up for a time slot.

Who Should We Talk To At Your Store?
If a member of the IndieCommerce team needs to reach a staff person at your store regarding website-related matters, we would like to be able to contact the right person quickly. For example, in the case of a suspected fraud transaction on your site, if we can reach the right person quickly, we can stop a fraudulent sale before it gets shipped.

Please go to Store -> Configuration -> Store and check who you have listed. It’s very important to list on that page the person on your staff who handles online orders as well as a general contact for everything else related to your website.

New Features: Local Store Inventory (LSI) File Check
This new option will check your LSI file for errors without affecting data on your site. This option is particularly useful if you are uploading your file for the first time, as it can confirm that you have it properly formatted. For more information, please visit the LSI Help page.

Thanks for reading. Feel free to email us with any thoughts, questions, or suggestions.
