Reminder: Don’t Take Images From the Internet Without PermissionRelated image
When you need photos for your website, it’s very tempting to pull images off of the internet without thinking about who owns those images. Over the past few months, several bookstores have received e-mail notices that a photo on their website was not licensed for use on their site.

There are automated online services such as Copytrack.com that track down stolen images and enforce copyright laws for those images. If they find a stolen image on your site, they may attempt to charge you a fee to license that image for use on your website. This can be a considerable amount of money, so be very careful when copying images onto your website.

December 1 is the Deadline for Getting Your IndieCommerce or IndieLite Website Live in 2019
If you want your IndieCommerce or IndieLite store launched in 2019, you need to COMPLETE your “GoLive” training before December 1, 2019. December is an extremely busy month for our customer support department, so all GoLive training will be suspended for the entire month. For more information, contact [email protected]

Thanks for reading. Feel free to email us with any thoughts, questions, or suggestions.
