Changes at IndieCommerce Customer Support
ABA IndieCommerce Specialist Ryan Quinn is now an ABA Member Relationship Manager.
She’s moving out of IndieCommerce and just down the hall to the membership department. In addition to her new duties Ryan will also continue to run the on-line Marketing and Tech Meet-ups. We want to congratulate Ryan on her new position at the ABA.

We are working to get Ryan’s replacement onboard with IndieCommerce customer support as quickly as possible. During this transition, you may experience some minor delays in replies to your IndieCommerce and IndieLite customer support queries. Thank you for your understanding.

A New Givex eGiftcode Feature
If you are an IndieCommerce store that currently issues physical Givex gift cards, IndieCommerce now offers an egiftcode option. This new service will give your customers the option of purchasing gift codes online that can be instantly emailed and used online. The perfect gift for last minute gift giving. Sales Tax Maintenance
We contract with a company called TaxJar to calculate the sales tax for IndieCommerce and IndieLite websites. Taxjar has informed us that they will be doing system maintenance on February 2, 2020 starting at 2:00am central standard time. They are estimating up to an hour of downtime. Online sales on IndieCommerce and IndieLite websites that take place during this maintenance period that use destination based sales tax may be affected. 

We have some back-up systems in place, but if you notice any unusual sales tax calculations during that 1 hour period on Sunday February 2nd, please contact [email protected]
