NEW - Indie Next List Pages on IndieCommerce and IndieLite Websites
The IndieCommerce team is working on new designs for the Indie Next List pages on IndieCommerce (IC) and IndieLite (IL) websites. Please do not attempt to create or update the INL pages yourself. We’ll be sharing more information with you on this new INL feature for IC and IL websites shortly.

NEW - Customer Support Ticketing System
As you know, it’s been a very busy 13 months for the IndieCommerce platform and the customer support team. We desperately needed a new system to more efficiently help us manage the increased volume of customer support requests. This past Sunday we started using a new customer support ticketing system. This is an entirely new platform and our staff is learning how to use all of the new features that it offers. As we acclimate to this new system over the next week, you may experience some temporary delays in responses received from our support staff as we work though all of the new features on this platform.

As always if you are experiencing a critical outage on your IndieCommerce or IndieLite website, please submit a critical outage report here: https://status.indiecommerce.com/

IndieLite Credit Card Processing Switch
IndieLite stores should be getting ready to switch to their own credit card processor for their websites. Stores that do not have a preferred credit card merchant account provider can talk to Gravity Payments or any other service provider that works with the Authorize.net payment gateway. Get detailed information on how to prepare for this switch. The IndieCommerce team will provide information later this week about the timeline

What Does That Letter From Authorize.net Mean?
If you are using your own credit card merchant account for processing online orders, you may have received a letter from Authorize.net that starts out with “Visa, Mastercard, and Discover have released mandates that outline requirements for merchants.…”

The IndieCommerce team is looking into what these mandates and requirements are and will share more details with you as we determine what changes, if any, need to be made to our system.

Thanks for reading. Feel free to email us with any thoughts, questions, or suggestions.
