IMPORTANT - ADA Compliance
We’ve recently heard from several stores regarding letters they have received from attorneys who represent clients who are visually impaired. The letters goes on to state that the store’s website is not ADA compliant and includes frame grabs of their website along with a threat of litigation.

Digital accessibility means that your website is designed in such a way that anyone can use it regardless of individual ability. When considering digital accessibility, you are not just taking people with disabilities into account, but also people without disabilities such as individuals viewing the website on a mobile device or a slow internet connection.

We’ve put together a detailed doc that covers what you can do to improve the accessibility of your website. If you need additional assistance after reviewing the ADA documentation, please contact [email protected].
