At times, you may need to create an order on behalf of your customer. The instructions below guide you through doing so for both existing customers and new customers.
Navigate to: Store > Orders > Create Order
NOTE: Creating an order on behalf of a customer works best for Pay at Store / Credit Card payment. You can find more information regarding credit card authorization here 'Re-Authorizing A Credit Card'.
The order is now placed and can be processed as normal.
NOTE: New orders using a credit card cannot be processed until the customer enters their credit card information to their account. You can find more information regarding those steps here 'Re-Authorizing A Credit Card'.
The order is now placed and can be processed as normal.
