15-Minute Product Courses Added to Kobo Resource Page

Fifteen-minute modules that stores can use to train staff to handsell and respond to customer questions about the Kobo Mini and Glo were added this week to BookWeb’s Kobo Booksellers Resource page.

In the Kobo Mini product module, booksellers will learn about the key differentiators, key features, and benefits of the Mini, as well as about target customers and placement of the Kobo Mini in the marketplace.

The Glo’s 15-minute module also focuses on its key features and how to identify target customers.  

The aim of both modules is to enable retailers to recognize their customers’ e-reading needs and communicate with confidence the features, benefits, and differentiated value of the Kobo Mini or Glo.
