2012 – 2011 ABA Financial Statements Available to Bookstore Members

The American Booksellers Association, Inc. and subsidiaries consolidated financial statements (with the independent auditors’ report) are available to ABA bookstore members in PDF format on BookWeb.org, ABA’s trade website.

The audit was performed by Marks, Paneth & Shron, and it expressed the opinion that “the consolidated financial statements referred to above present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the American Booksellers Association, Inc. and subsidiaries as of September 30, 2012, and 2011, and the changes in their net assets and their cash flows for the years then ended, in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.”
