BEA 2004 Hotel ABA/Chicago Accepting Booksellers' Reservations

The Allerton Crowne Plaza on Chicago's Magnificent Mile is the exclusive host hotel for ABA bookseller members at BookExpo America 2004 (BEA). Most rooms at the Allerton, which has been dubbed the Hotel ABA/Chicago, have been reserved for ABA booksellers at a special low price and include a special complimentary package of benefits. BEA 2004 will be held at the McCormick Place Convention Center from June 2 - 6, but booksellers can take advantage of this special package from May 25 through June 7. Reservations are being accepted now on a first come, first served basis.

In addition to the special room rate of $115 per night, during the show, the Hotel ABA/Chicago will feature complimentary coffee and pastries each morning; a series of publisher-sponsored receptions each evening; an exclusive ABA member hospitality suite, providing a convenient meeting place for booksellers; a special ABA/BEA concierge table in the hotel lobby, where booksellers can pick up BEA badge-holders, copies of the BEA exhibitors' guide, updated information about convention events, and a welcome package with special surprises from ABA and publishers; special dedicated shuttle bus service between the Allerton and the Convention Center; and ARCs placed on pillows each night.
