Important Communications Survey Seeks ABA Member Input

The American Booksellers Association is working with the Denver-based firm Blake Communications to conduct a communications audit with the goal of providing ABA members with the best possible information through the most convenient, timely, and helpful means.

Booksellers should have received an e-mail from ABA CEO Oren Teicher on Wednesday, November 4, with a link to a survey. Booksellers’ responses will provide valuable insight into the ways ABA can best communicate with its members.

To complete the survey, member booksellers should check their inboxes or visit the survey’s members-only page on BookWeb.org (a username and password are required) for the survey link.

The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Responses will be accepted through Friday, November 13.
