Through February 19, Sourcebooks Landmark is accepting customers’ nominations for the Readers, Recommend Your Bookstore sweepstakes, which the publisher launched last month in honor of January’s top Indie Next List pick, The Readers of Broken Wheel Recommend by Katarina Bivald.

Consumers are invited to vote for their favorite local indie bookstore through 11:59 p.m. ET on February 19, 2016. At the end of the sweepstakes, the bookstore with the most votes will win $3,000; two runners up will each receive $637, the population of the fictional town of Broken Wheel, Iowa, where Bivald’s novel takes place.

Readers who submit their favorite bookstore nominations will be entered to win one of eight $50 gift cards to indie bookstores.

Bookstores currently in the lead include Anderson’s Bookshop in Naperville, Illinois; Page & Palette in Fairhope, Alabama; Left Bank Books in St. Louis, Missouri; and The King’s English Bookshop in Salt Lake City, Utah. See the top 10 bookstore nominees as of January 28 here.

Sourcebooks Landmark has also provided materials for booksellers to use in promoting the sweepstakes, including postcard designs, banner ads, and snapshots to share via social media.
