All stores with IndieCommerce websites – whether or not they wish to sell Google eBooks™ – must have a new contract and ACH Authorization Form on file with the American Booksellers Association by January 31, 2011.
The new contract and ACH form, which were sent to IndieCommerce stores in an e-mail from ABA COO Len Vlahos in late November, are also available on the IndieCommerce website. A signed contract must be received by ABA before stores can begin selling Google eBooks.
Signed contracts can be faxed to (914) 591-2720, or they can be scanned and e-mailed to email@example.com.
