Booksellers are invited to take a look at the many conversations happening in BookWeb’s Bookseller Forums, where ABA members can go to ask questions and find answers to the many challenges they face in the bookselling business.

Booksellers are welcome to address questions and comments to ABA Board members and staff through the Ask ABA forum, and IndieCommerce customer service staff is on hand to help with inquiries about ABA’s e-commerce solution through the Ask IndieCommerce forum.

A recent addition, the Social Media Forum gives booksellers a dedicated space to discuss best practices, new platforms, and tips and tricks for the online world. The Bookseller-to-Bookseller Forum is a general resource for discussing all aspects of bookselling.

Booksellers traveling to Asheville, North Carolina, for Winter Institute 10 in February will find two forums to assist in making ground transportation and hotel arrangements for the event:

  • In the Wi10 Carpool Forum, booksellers can post or reply to let their fellow booksellers know their arrival and departure times and locations to facilitate car-sharing.
  • The Wi10 Room-Sharing Forum allows booksellers with reservations at the Grove Park Inn from February 8 – 12 to offer to share their rooms with fellow booksellers on the hotel waitlist.

Additional forums for bookseller discussions include Education, Inventory Control Systems, and Kobo eBooks and eReaders.
