Kirkus Reviews Celebrates With Literary Tour Giveaway Contest

In celebration of its 80th birthday, Kirkus Reviews is hosting a contest that adheres to its mission of promoting book discovery. Visitors to the Kirkus website can enter the contest daily with just their name and e-mail address. Entries are being accepted until midnight on October 22, 2013, and the winner will be selected on October 23.

The contest winner will receive a literary tour of New York City, including two round-trip tickets to Manhattan; two nights’ stay at the Library Hotel; two passes to the Greenwich Village Literary Pub Crawl; gift certificates to several of the city’s indie bookstores, including Three Lives & Company, McNally Jackson, and Strand Book Store; breakfast at the Algonquin Hotel round table; and dinner at Public in SoHo.

Booksellers are encouraged to promote the contest to their customers and are welcome to enter themselves.
