Need to Change Your Winter Institute Hotel Reservation? Contact the Hilton, Marriott Directly

The American Booksellers Association’s special 2020 Winter Institute room rate is no longer available for the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor or the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards, which will both be home to a number of Winter Institute events. 

Booksellers looking to make hotel reservations or those who need to modify or cancel a current reservation should contact the front desk of their hotel rather than contacting ABA:

  • Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor Hotel: (443) 573-8700  
  • Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards: (410) 962-0202

Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid a cancelation fee (one night room and tax to the credit card on file). No-shows will be charged one night room and tax.
