Three-Month Bookseller Action List

As a helpful reminder to member booksellers, ABA has begun producing a "3-Month Bookseller Action List," highlighting important dates and deadlines related to ABA and Book Sense activities and events. The list for February through April 2005, which was included in the February Red Box mailing to stores with Book Sense, is also provided below and is available in pdf format.

ABA encourages all booksellers to participate in as many as these activities as possible for the betterment of their business and bookselling as a whole. • Hotel ABA - NYC
  Make your reservations now for this year's exclusive hotel for ABA member booksellers at BookExpo America to be held from June 2 - 5 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City. • Book Sense Book of the Year Award Ballots
  Ballots must be postmarked by February 21 and received at ABA by February 28. You may also fax ballots (914-591-2716) until midnight on February 28 or vote online. All owners and employees of ABA member bookstores are eligible to vote.
  
  
• Book Sense Picks Survey
  A bookseller Picks survey was sent in the February "Red Box" and an electronic version is available on BookWeb. Please complete and return to ABA as soon as possible.

• Register for Book Expo America
  A registration booklet will be mailed to booksellers in early March from BEA.
