Earlier this month, the White House announced the launch of a “one-stop-shop” that provides employers with access to information on the Affordable Care Act.

The site Business.USA.gov/healthcare features a tool that provides employers with tailored information on how the health law will affect them based on their business’ size, location, and plans for offering health benefits to their workers next year. From tax credits for small businesses to measures to help slow the growth of health care costs, the site shows business owners a variety of ways that the Affordable Care Act can help them expand health care coverage and compete.

White House officials told the Washington Post that the goal is to bring state- and size-specific information along with universally important facts about the law together in one place.

At each of this year’s fall regional trade shows, the American Booksellers Association, with support from the Small Business Majority, will be offering a timely and informative educational session on the Affordable Health Care Act.  Learn more.
