On Thursday, June 12, NBC News' Today Show announced that the 12th selection of its monthly "Today Book Club" is The Dogs of Babel [4] by Carolyn Parkhurst (Little, Brown).

The novel tells the story of a husband who lost his wife and is struggling to find the truth about her mysterious death. Anna Quindlen, who appeared on the popular morning show with Parkhurst, chose the book.
