[3]The American Booksellers Association is encouraging bookstore and provisional members who are interested in attending the Fourth Annual Winter Institute [3] (Wi4) to register [4] as soon as possible as the event is now almost booked to capacity. Once Wi4 registration reaches its limit of 500 participants, a waiting list will be started. The Winter Institute, which is sponsored by Ingram Book Company/Ingram Publisher Services, will be held at the Salt Lake Marriott Downtown in Salt Lake City, Utah, from Thursday, January 29, to Sunday, February 1.

A limited number of rooms are still available at the Marriott at the special Wi4 rate of $122 per night for Wednesday, January 28, through Sunday, February 1. All hotel reservations must be made through the hotel's special Winter Institute reservations page [5]. (If booksellers encounter problems booking a room for their entire stay in Salt Lake, they should send an e-mail to [email protected] [6] with the dates needed.)
