The February Indie Next List Notables Flier & Shelf-talkers [3]

The February Indie Next List Notables presents a range of strong fiction and nonfiction titles recommended by indie booksellers nationwide. In addition, POP materials for in-store displays -- electronic files in PDF format of both the February Indie Next List Notables flier [4] and shelf-talkers [5] -- are now available on BookWeb.org [6].

The February Notables list features fiction from acclaimed writer Jayne Anne Phillips (Lark & Termite, Knopf) and an intriguing first novel from Amelie Nothomb (Tokyo Fiancee, Europa), and an array of nonfiction -- including The Ascent of Money: A Financial History of the World by Niall Fergurson (Penguin Press) and Voluntary Madness: My Year Lost and Found in the Loony Bin (Viking) by Norah Vincent, the author of Self-Made Man. In addition, there are new works of mystery/suspense from Thomas Perry (Runner, Houghton), S.J. Rozan (The Shanghai Moon, St. Martin's Minotaur), and C.J. Box (Three Weeks to Say Goodbye, St. Martin's Minotaur).

Booksellers with comments, questions, and suggestions for the Next List are encouraged to contact Dan Cullen, editor-in-chief of the Indie Next List, via e-mail [7].

Stores that need more copies of the Indie Next List fliers should e-mail ABA's Linda Ford [8].
