The sign-up form, which was sent to indie booksellers in a recent e-mail from WBN U.S. Executive Director Carl Lennertz, can also be downloaded here. [4]

The final deadline for giver applications to be submitted to WBN is Wednesday, January 23. Indie booksellers who would also like to be givers can submit their applications online [5] or via an Excel form sent directly to them by Lennertz.
