Bookstores participating in the American Booksellers Association/Kobo partnership can offer their customers a new Mother’s Day promotion from Kobo.

From May 1 through May 13, any purchase of a Kobo Glo comes with a free sleep cover, valued at $30.

Stores will receive a rebate for each sleep cover given away with the purchase of a Glo during the promotion. Sales reporting will be as usual through the Kobo Reporting Tool, and the reporting deadline is June 7.

Also for Mother’s Day, any Kobo eReader device purchased at an ABA member bookstore through May 13 will come with a free copy of the Algonquin eBook What My Mother Gave Me: Thirty-one Women on the Gifts That Mattered Most [8], edited by Elizabeth Benedict. Customers will also receive a special What My Mother Gave Me greeting card with envelope and a stretch loop ribbon to complete the Mother’s Day gift package.
