On December 4, bookstore members should have received an e-mail from the American Booksellers Association [6] with updated information regarding the recent notice sent to them by the Visa/MasterCard interchange class settlement administrator.

Bookstores that opted out of the Visa and MasterCard credit card swipe fee settlement class action in 2013 were informed by the notice that they had an opportunity to rejoin the cash settlement class by December 19, 2014.
