[5]The IndieCommerce team is currently accepting appointments from IndieCommerce stores for one-on-one meetings at BookExpo America 2016 [6].

The meetings will take place in the ABA Member Lounge (Meeting Room T100) on the McCormick Place trade show floor during lounge hours:

• Wednesday, May 11, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Thursday, May 12, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (closed for the ABA Annual Membership Meeting and Town Hall)
• Friday, May 13, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

A form to request an appointment [5] is available on BookWeb.org. Time slots are limited so booksellers should choose at least three dates and times. The IndieCommerce team will do its best to accommodate a bookseller’s first request.

An e-mail confirming the appointment date and time will be sent to each store prior to BEA. Booksellers who need to move or cancel an appointment should e-mail [email protected] [7] as soon as possible.

There is also still time to register for the 2016 IndieCommerce Institute [8], to be held on Tuesday, May 10, just prior to BEA. The one-day interactive learning experience will offer a “Main Session” and an “Advanced Session” for IndieCommerce users. Learn more. [8]
