Booksellers have until Friday, April 5, to sign up for speed dating with editors [6] at BookExpo, where they will meet on Friday, May 31, with groups of editors to discuss publishers’ new titles.

Booksellers can select their top two genres, and ABA will try to make sure booksellers sit with editors who publish books in those categories. Categories booksellers can choose from include: Adult Fiction, Mystery, Sci-fi/Fantasy, Romance, Narrative Nonfiction, History/Politics, Cooking, Poetry, Works in Translation, Art/Photography/Design, Graphic Novels, Children’s Fiction, and Children’s Nonfiction.

Participating booksellers will meet with these editors from different publishers in one of two shifts (9:45 a.m.–10:45 a.m. or 10:45 a.m.–11:45 a.m.), and will rotate to three tables for meetings of 19 minutes each.
